"You have no need to fear me Olive, I just want to show you... a simple magic trick..." - Tu Milagra, Olive's Nightmare: Return of Tu Milagra
Tu Milagra is a character created by Rex Broadside in an attempt to create a villain or main antagonist for Olive Otter. She was planned to have a minigame in Shipwrecked 64 but only her model was created before cogware lost funding.
Appearance[]
Tu Milagra is a female otter with black and white fur, predominantly she has a black spot around her left eye. She wears a dark red suit, top hat, and bowtie similar to that of a magician. Her appearance has been extremely inconsistent, with every adaptation of her being slightly different. Her eyes were originally white, but she has also been depicted with having black or red eyes in official artwork. She has the same body structure and face as Olive, but is shorter than Olive when not wearing their top hat.
Personality[]
Tu Milagra is extremely egotistical, believing that everyone is beneath her. She has no remorse or empathy, and regularly exclaims about how much joy she gets from seeing others suffer. She has an extreme hatred for Olive Otter, the only person in her mind that keeps stopping her. Her personality was not coded into Shipwrecked 64 correctly, making her act extremely different. In game, she believes she's just a normal magician, and is very very stupid.

Broadside[]
Tu Milagra was created by Rex Broadside, debuting in Olive's first primary film Olive's Nightmare: Return of Tu Milagra. She was based on a fear of magic Rex had as a child. Tu Milagra was featured in two more movies starring Olive, but after that she was rarely used in movies. She also had her own attraction at Broadside Beach during October, during which an Olive mascot suit was fitted with a top hat and hidden in the dark to scare visitors. However, with the introduction of the Vulture, a much more popular "scary" character, Tu Milagra was almost entirely replaced.
Story[]
Tu Milagra is from the same town that Olive grew up in, but way before, being born in the late 18th Century. Tu Milagra was a tailor along with her husband, but she was also known to do make little dolls and do card tricks for children. Sadly, a spree of missing children incidents left the town in terror. Randomly, Tu Milagra murdered her husband, stringing him up from a nearby tree with cards spread near his body. When questioned, she claimed she was following the instructions of a "god" she worshiped called Ace. She was sentenced to death by hanging and was promptly executed. Prior to her death she told the public she "wasn't afraid of dying" and would "tell them how it felt when she came back." Olive believed these stories as a child, and was terrified of her growing up. In the Movie, Tu Milagra returns to torment Olive, but is sent back to hell by her.
Shipwrecked 64[]
Tu Milagra was planned to be featured in Shipwrecked 64, mainly because Elizabeth thought the character really fit Cogware's goal of making games for both children and adults. Unfortunately, only the character model was made, and her code was left unfinished. Tu Milagra in game is very dumb, thinking they're a magician whilst not being able to do magic. She has no recollection of most of their true self, but does remember Olive "killing her," which makes her very afraid of Olive.
HI_09[]
Tu Milagra was allowed to stay in the hotel by Chief Wulf, despite protests from Olive and Bucky. Tu Milagra was ostracized by many of the inhabitants of the hotel, and became depressed due to being called a murderer. Olive felt guilty and decided to listen to Tu Milagra, realizing that she was just stupid, and not trying to manipulate them. Olive became friends with Tu Milagra, partly out of pity, and named her Millie as way to distance her from the real Tu Milagra. Millie is still disliked by mostly everyone else, the only exceptions being Walter and Stumbler.

Trivia[]
- Tu Milagra's name was suggested by a random Hispanic employee who saw him designing her, Rex does not know Spanish.
- Millie really likes bunnies :), and thinks Stumbler is very cool
- Tu Milagra/Millie is shorter than Olive when not wearing the hat, when wearing the hat she's a little bit taller (Still taller than Vince)
- Millie's eyes are permanently red, whilst Tu Milagra is primarily seen with whitish gray eyes.
- Millie will jump into barrels when approached by Olive, and if Olive gets too close she will just freeze in place hoping she goes away. Even after becoming friends, Millie is still scared of Olive, and will still do this.
- Tu Milagra is not straight, she's something, but not straight
- Millie being dumb is a reference to the joke that Olive was dumb left out of bounds in Shipwrecked 64
